Chris Norman, CEO of Digirtal Reality set up the initial sight in less than 48 hours. Can you believe that? He uses a tool called Joomla. Joomla is a Content Management System available for Free! It still requires skills that many of us simply lack but the truly wonderful part is the administrative backend. Its as easy as managing MS Outlook...Literally.
