The Personal Track

Zones of Greatness

Course Description: Individuals and their organizations have “Zones of Greatness” where they are able to excel and establish their uniqueness. This course shows how people can discover their own “Zones of Greatness,” as well as lead their organizations in an adventure of identifying and developing corporate “Zones of Greatness.”

Course Objective: To show participants how to operate in their personal Zones of Greatness and lead their organizations in the discovery and development of their Zones of Greatness

Destiny Train

Course Description: ‘Destiny Train’ uses an innovative and unique methodology to help people arrive at an understanding of themselves, how to align their ontological and functional attributes, leading to a maximizing of their potential. It deals with people at all levels of the life journey, showing how to start well, stay on course in the “middle” and finish with excellence.

Course Objective: To enable individuals to discover their personal vision, identify their true values, commit to a solid mission and know how to align who they are with what they can do, leading to fulfillment and success in life. Struggle no more with how to “map” your future, make adequate preparation for your career, and stay on course to your destination.

Failure Filters

Course Description: How wonderful it would be if we could “filter out” failure? Learn 10 functional tools that arm you with protection from today’s complex world where decisions rush at us at warp speed. Create a wall of protection and avoid negative consequences. Build a preemptive strength against the disastrous existence of Failure Mode. At times right and wrong seem more ambiguous, but disaster is avoidable.

Course Objective: During this session, each individual will learn and practice 10 practical tools that identify oncoming, consequence-generating situations. Learn how to foresee the oncoming Failure Mode circumstances.

Monuments On A Journey: How To Write Your Personal Memoir

Course Description: Life itself is the greatest teacher. No life-journey is insignificant. A personal memoir, highlighting experiences, lessons learned and advice for those who follow is among the greatest legacies one generation can leave to another. The memoir is not only an important personal remembrance, but critical to succession planning and preparation for the future.

Course Objective: A professional writer shows how to build the memoir based on “monument moments.” The course includes the ‘how-to’ elements of outlining and structure, developing a highly readable, entertaining, inspiring and informative writing style. Participants leave with a fresh appreciation of their life journey and an eagerness to help others prepare for the roads ahead.

Staying Firm in the Globequake

Course Description: The world at every level is undergoing sweeping redefinition. How does a person stand secure and firm, with values intact, through the shocks and swells? The course aims at helping people evaluate their personal lives and know how far to stretch without leaving the bedrock that provides a solid foundation for life and work.

Course Objective: Participants will have a deep understanding of the changes happening in all the “worlds” they inhabit. They will learn how to embrace and apply the principles that will keep them from falling apart when everything around them seems in a state of collapse. Participants will be better equipped to be forces of confidence and stability midst the Globequake.

How to Thrive in the Globequake

Course Description: The world is being redefined, and businesses and institutions who understand what is happening around them will thrive. The corporate landscape is changing rapidly, as well as consumer demands and investor expectations. Educational and public service institutions are often at the “fault lines” of the Globequake, but can reach their highest levels of effectiveness in the worst of times.

Course Objective: To thrive midst the Globequake, businesses and other institutions must understand its nature and extent. The course provides an in-depth analysis of the tremors roiling across the world, and practical counsel for strengthening and steadying the corporation, and preparing it for unprecedented opportunity in the emergent world.

Soul of Business

Course Description: Businesses grew in a fundamentally repeatable fashion starting with the American Industrial Revolution. Beginning as simple, small concerns and growing to mega enterprises. This course focuses on the roots of free market system, and how they can be nurtured and sustained in tough times, and brought back to full bloom.

 

Session Objective: To help individuals appreciate and recover a vision for free market economies, by learning about the roots and how to make the financial system grow personally and corporately.

Energy Zappers - Handling Difficult People Effectively

Course Description: Everyone—especially leaders—must deal with hard-to-manage folk. They may be “angerers,” or “pot-stirrers,” “distracters,” free-loaders,” “whiners,” or “wounders.” They drain teachers, coaches, managers, CEOs, pastors and family members of their vitality. They weaken teams and organizations. This course shows how to handle draining people, using the model of the Master of relationships, Jesus Christ.

The Church Track

Bones and Breath: How To Structure A Church for Growth and Advance

Course Description: Ezekiel’s riveting vision in the Valley of the Dry Bones is rich with implications for local churches today. Without the “bones” of solid structure, the Church cannot stand and march forward. Without the “wind” of the Spirit, the Church is nothing but empty structure. The course provides a rich biblical study of the Church and the Kingdom and how local churches can impact entire communities

Course Objective: The Course links sound biblical theology with practical contemporary strategies for implementation. It moves from a study of the principles of Kingdom impact to the development of action plans for the five key spheres of society: Church, Family, Education, Governance and Politics, Business and the Marketplace.

Readying the Church for the Globequake

Course Description: Churches are hit hard by the Globequake, as the solid values of society give way to the trendy and immediate. Churches are called upon to help individuals and their families recover the ravages of rapid change that erode the foundations. The course helps church leadership recognize the nature of the Globequake, and its implications for ministry development, expansion and growth.

Course Objective: The Course aims at helping create an informed and ready leadership core who understands the redefinition of society. They learn how to distinguish between consensus and conspiracies, and how the newly emergent consensus must be confronted.

The Blessed Invasion

Course Description: The world may be changing, but deep below the field of vision, something powerful is growing. Jesus said the Kingdom is like seed a farmer sows, and does not see growing until the sprouts appear. The seed of the Kingdom was planted in the Incarnation of Jesus Christ. The Course explores the implications of this stunning fact for her ministries and the all the spheres her members inhabit daily.

Course Description: The course uses a fascinating model based on the World War Two Normandy Invasion to provide strategic understanding for the local church and its ministries in the world. The course shows how to get off the “beach head” and penetrate into regions occupied by the spiritual forces of darkness.
